Brooke was born and raised in Nebraska where she graduated high school and married her husband, Kyle, actively serving in the military. For the last 19 years, they have been stationed in Colorado, Missouri, Louisiana, and back in Colorado where they have called home for most of their adult life with their two daughters. Brooke is a diversified military spouse as her careers have been to meet the needs of their family while working towards her dream of becoming a therapist. Brooke received her undergraduate degree with a triple major in psychology, behavioral science, and human services from Drury University. She went on to receive her masters degree in social work with a certificate in substance use and a minor in military behavior from the University of Kentucky. Brooke is actively pursuing her licensure to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with the commitment to furthering her knowledge and ability to help those in need.

Her extensive education, diverse professional background, and specialized training in areas like CBT, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, dual-diagnosis treatment, and military behavior provide a strong foundation for her client-centered approach. Brooke employs a unique, tailored approach designed to create a non-judgmental, supportive, and safe therapeutic environment to meet the client precisely where they are on their journey. She focuses on getting to the root of the problem, rather than just treating the symptoms, using a systematic approach for optimal outcomes. Brooke is highly skilled in both mental health and addiction treatment (dual-diagnosis patients), emphasizing the impact of thoughts and emotions on everyday behaviors.
