Weekly Trauma Psychoeducational Therapeutic Groups
Two Trauma Groups:

PTSD - Tuesdays at 5pm

Women's SA and DV Thursdays at 5pm
Groups are limitedto 15 participants

Trauma causes emotional and physical responses when one is exposed to overwhelming stress and traumatic situations. Trauma overwhelms our nervous system and we get stuck in trauma reactions that can become unhealthy coping mechanisms.
This therapeutic group provides psychoeducation on what happens when we are exposed to trauma and overwhelming stress, utilizes somatic skills to help rewire a brain that is stuck in trauma responses and survival mode, as well as provides social support to know you are not alone in your healing.

Weekly Class with Licensed Therapists

4 week class - Wednesdays II am - 12 pm

$50/week or $180 if paid up front for all four weeks
